  My husband and I used Matt's services in 2007 and 2008 to sell our houses in North Buffalo. We were very happy with him . He knew the market so well and did a really tremendous job.When my mom wanted to sell her house in the fall I knew just the person to help her. It was her first time selling a house and he explained and walked her through every step of the way. He was very professional and understand how difficult it was for her to leave her house after living there for such a long time. My mom and I were both so happy with how he handled every situation that came up during the selling process. I would definitely recommend him!

  Sold 5 houses with Matt from 2020 until 2024, Great experiences all around. 4 of the 5 were sold over asking price and some of them had challenging condition issues to work around. I would highly recommend using Matt to sell your home.
